Our products can be shipped all over the world.

As soon as your package leaves our facilities we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

Our products are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days, but on certain times of the year it could take up to 10 working days.

If there’s an issue with the products you’ve been delivered, please email us as soon as possible, including your order number and a brief explanation of the problem.

Access from your personal area and in the "Order History" section you will see all the items you have purchased, click on "Details" and select the item you want to return. From there follow the steps.

You have to follow the same steps as returning an item, and add in explanation that it is an exchange.

Returns and exchanges are allowed for all our products within 14 days of the delivery date.
