Shipping
Orders have a maximum delivery time of 10 working days after you receive the shipping confirmation email from us.
The delivery will be made to the delivery address you specify, with a choice of two alternatives:
- Home delivery.This address does not have to match the billing address provided.
A fixed amount for shipping costs is added to the prices indicated for each product, which you can find out before finalising your purchase, as the cost may vary depending on the size, weight and postal address.
We are currently offering free delivery for all orders above 100€ with an address in Spain peninsula.
In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and countries outside the European Union, the customer must also pay the customs costs generated by the order, which will vary depending on the weight of the shipment.
In the event that the order is returned because the addressee is not found, the costs generated by this return will be borne by the customer, as well as the costs of the new shipment.
