Returns and Refunds
To make an exchange or return, just follow these simple steps:
- 1. Access the "Order History" section of your account.
- 2. Select the order for which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details".
- 3. Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the checkbox next to its name(s).
- 4. Add the quantity you need to return (in case you need to return more than one product).
- 5. (optional) Add an explanation, so that we can better understand why you wish to return this product.
- 6. Click on "Request a return".
From here, we will take care of almost everything!
We will arrange for the package to be picked up at the same address to which we sent it to you. In case you want to make an exchange, you will have to generate a new order. We will reimburse you within 14 calendar days of receipt. In case you want to make an exchange, we will reimburse you the shipping costs of your new order (Spain Peninsular).
Please remember that for any exchange or return:
The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. No refunds will be made for items that have been used beyond their opening.
You can cancel your order at any time and free of charge, as long as you inform us before we have delivered your order to the shipping agency. Just send us an email to pedidos@bthebaby.com.
